This modern 70m2, 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well maintained block in the Rue Jean Jaures which is within easy walking distance of the Croisette & its beaches as well as the ‘Palais des Festivals’ the square Gambetta, the main train and bus station.
The lounge is South facing, is very comfortable, bright and well furnished with a big dining table, sofa, TV unit and a desk area. The large en-suite terrace is very private and quiet and therefore ideal for an undisturbed breakfast or your BBQ at night.
It has been delightfully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate WC and air conditioning throughout. There is also plenty of cupboard space.
