This is a magnificent, large apartment which is set on the 1st floor of a period building just off the Croisette, and as such just a minutes walk from the Palais. It has 3 or 4 bedrooms, dependent on needs and a vast living area which has all mod-cons from ADSL to Projector hookup and a large dining table which can also be used for conferencing.
On entering, this large living/ entertainment area is to your left, as is a small but fully equipped American style kitchen with a central Hob area.
Follow through to the right, and you come to the 3 en-suite bedrooms each of which has hanging space and either a double or 2 x single bed configuration.
At the back of the apartment there is access to a small terrace, which gives a good feeling of space in the back bedrooms. There is also a secure safe which is useful perhaps!
