This one bedroom apartment is in a newly built block of apartments in Central Cannes, just a few minutes walk from the Center of Town, the Croisette and also the Palais des Festivals.
On entering the apartment you are welcomed by a warm interior with personal decorative touches. Down the corridor there is the bedroom on the right, bathroom on the left and then at the end of the corridor the main living area and kitchen.
The kitchen and living area are open planned and both decorated in a simple and contemporary manner. The apartment is cosy and homey, with personal touches that make it truly like a home away from home.
The living area has a large sofa which is easily converted into a double sofa bed as well as a very comfy egg style arm chair. These are comfortable places from which to watch your Television or sit with your laptop and make use of the WiFi connection.
The American style kitchen is very well equipped with everything and anything you could want to prepare meals for yourself. Added facilities such as an oven, washing machine and coffee peculator add a little luxury and convenience.
Through the double french doors at the end of the living room will lead you to the Terrace. Make the most of the views of the Cannes hills in the sunshine for Al Fresco dining.
The bedroom is decorated in the same contemporary and refreshingly simple design. There are two single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed in accordance with your personal circumstances. From the bedroom window there is a brilliant view over the Cannes rooftops to the Suquet.
You then come to the modern newly fitted bathroom with a bath and full shower attachment. There is also a seperate W.C.
This apartment is perfect for holiday makers as it is just outside of the center of Cannes, combining the best mix of the center and the quieter residential areas. The apartments elevation on the 4th floor allows a respite from the bustle of Cannes for a very peaceful nights sleep.

While we liked the apartment and its location, please note it was not entirely clean when we moved in. The cupboards and some of the furniture had to be scrubbed and some items had been left by the previous tenant.
We hope to see you again next year!
