This light two bedroom apartment is ideally located just behind the Martinez Hotel, only a block away from the famous Croisette.
As you enter the apartment you step into a corridor where to your right you can see a brand new bathroom complete with a walk in shower and then the separate W.C.
Then you enter the living area. There is a large open plan kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine etc...
The Living area has a large three person sofa to watch your T.V. in front of and a dining table and chairs for 2 - 4 people.
