The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, which has no lift but the stairs are wide and easy to manage. On entering, one is presented with an attractive entrance-way which has recently been renovated to a high standard.
The apartment itself has an open plan living and kitchen area with a dining area for four, and is very comfortably furnished. The living area has large open-out windows looking over a courtyard below, and the kitchen is fully equipped and modern. It also has a large double sofa bed.
