This two bedroom apartment is located just a fifteen minute walk away from Cannes city center. Avoid the traffic jams by strolling into the center and feel the buzz of the festival!

The apartment is on the ground floor of a small modern building. There is a swimming pool in the residence.

As you step into the apartment, to your right there is the living area. To your left you will find the second bedroom and the kitchen. The master bedroom leads off from the living area.

Both the living area and the master bedroom open up onto a green garden that overlooks the residence pool and then Cannes and the Mediterranean sea.

The terrace has outside furniture. A dining area where you can enjoy Al fresco dining or meetings, and sun loungers to relax after a long day.

The master bedroom boasts a large double bed and has its own private dressing cupboard that leads onto a double bathroom.

The living area is extremely comfortable. It has plenty of space to hold meetings, enjoy the views and relax.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
