The apartment itself is newly renovated, fully air-conditioned open kitchen and living area.The separate storage area ensures your spacious apartment stays spacious. This provides a roomy yet cosy atmosphere in which to watch your plasma screen TV.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. The dining area is able to fit six people comfortably with two extra seats along the kitchen counter.

The bedroom has a double bed with a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is able to sleep four people maximum in the double bed and on the sofas.

The highlight of the property is your very own private pool which you can laze the day away next to or take a relaxing dip after a long day on the Croisette or the Palais.
