This apartment is right at the bottom of La Californie, and as such within walking distance of Central Cannes, whilst at the same time preserving a tranquil and quiet environment.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and no expense has been spared on the quality.

On entering, one looks left toward the large living areas, 2 of them (one of which can be converted to a 3rd bedroom/ sleeping area) which are fronted by large sliding glass doors leading to a large and well maintained terrace and garden. There are also nice open views from this area of the apartment and a partial sea view.

The American style kitchen is open plan to the main living area, and there is a very social atmosphere with bar stools around a central raised seating area.

The 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, an equipped to the same high standard to the rest of the apartment. There is a double bed and the other 2 single beds, which can also be combined into a double. There is masses of storage space in both rooms as well as modern, designer fitted bathrooms attached to each.

Overall the apartment is in immaculate condition and the perfect hideaway with its comfortable distance from the noise of the center despite its close proximity to all the bustling activity in Cannes.
