An excellent location, just off the pedestrian Rue Meynadier in the center of Cannes and a couple of minutes walk to the beaches, the Congress center (the Palais des Festivals) and the famous Croisette with its chic boutiques and private beach clubs.
The apartment is situated in a modern block with a lift, set well back from the street (which is pedestrian and so there is no road noise) but just a few hundred meters from the restaurants and cafes of the bustling Rue Meynadier.
The apartment has a double bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make a double), fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The living room has a double sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 people and the apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD, washing machine, oven and hob as well as a microwave.
