This is a one bedroom apartment on Rue Felix Faure, the extension of Cannes’ famous Rue d'Antibes. As such it is just yards from the Palais des Festivals and perfect for congress goers, or those who want to be in the heart of the Old Town of Cannes. Directly outside the apartment building is the Bandstand and boules area, a great meeting place.
The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor and has no lift. On entering the apartment you come to the open plan kitchen, which is well fitted and apportioned with a dining table.
Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which is tastefully finished. There is also a large, extremely high quality sofa bed for those extra visitors.
The bedroom has a bunk bed style arrangement with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top, so fine for people sleeping and staying separately, for one of Cannes Congresses for example.
Cooling is provided by two fans and a portable air conditioning unit, and heating by electric radiator and double glazing in winter.
Location is unbeatable for this apartment; moments from two public beaches, the yacht harbour, congress centres, and the charming cobbled lane of restaurants, Rue Saint-Antoine, there is no need for a car. This is a simple, but well appointed and comfortable apartment which is just perfectly placed!
