This apartment, right in the Center of Cannes is in the heart of the famous "Carre d'OR", (the central Vibrant area of the town). It is secure and well positioned, just yards from the Croisette, and the apartments itself is of the highest quality and has charm by the bucket load!

On entering the apartment, there is a comfortable and perfectly equipped open plan kitchen and living area which is comfortable and well appointed.

The main bedroom, too, leads off the living area and this living area has a double bed, a lot of storage space and a private, en-suite bathroom, immaculately set up and tiled and with a large, open shower.

Up some wooden (fairly steep) stairs leads to the upper section of the apartment which has to its left a double sofa bed, the second sleeping area, with its own small bathroom with full sized bath, and also leads to a small playroom or Study, depending on how you want to use it!

Although technically a 2 bedroom apartment, it should be noted that the second bedroom may not be considered a full bedroom by all, since it is quite open.
