Beverly is located on the Rue Pasteur. Just behind the Martinez hotel and the famous Carlton Hotel on the Croisette.
The location is great! You are in the heart of Cannes, you can walk to the Palais in minutes, and you are only a step away from the beaches!
The apartment in itself is located on the seventh floor of a renovated typical Cannes building. The apartment measures 50m². There is a lift. It is modern and beautifully decorated. All furnishings are of the best quality.
In the living area you will find two comfortable leather seats. A glass coffee table, modern units for the TV etc...
There is a LCD TV and DVD player with a French cable package.
The open plan living area has a set of patio doors leading directly onto the fabulous terrace. The terrace has a wooden dining table.
Truly unique, this terrace looks over Cannes famous roof tops towards the sea. being on such a high floor the view is really breathtaking. Whats more is is relatively quiet in the evening and a gentle buzz of activity and passing pedestrians is all that can be heard from the street below.
The kitchen is extremely modern. It is open onto the dining area. It is equipped with a four-ring ceramic induction hob and fan extractor, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a dish washer etc...
There are two bedrooms. Both have double sofa beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is completely changeable. Bedrooms being split off from the apartment by glass walls and blinds.
The well-appointed modern bathroom has a shower as well as a wash basin vanity unit and WC. The bathroom is located off the entrance hallway leading to the open plan living area.
This apartment is ideal if you want to come to Cannes for the congresses, or to experience the night life, or enjoy a holiday. The apartments location, views and design will make your stay very special indeed.
Although we love our furry friends, this apartment is not suitable for any animals.
