Jardin Studio is amazingly well decorated and perfectly located.
This apartment is in a very sought after building called les Jardins de la Croisette, just off the Croisette behind the Carlton Hotel.
It is a lovely little studio of 25m2 that is ideal as a base whilst you discover the region, or attend the Cannes congresses. The communal areas are clean and well kept.
The studio apartment is beautifully finished with modern stylish furniture. It is surprisingly quiet for its central position and close to transport links.
The living area is light and boasts a large cupboard bed that holds away two plush single beds, and an LCD TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to rustle up a meal! There is a breakfast corner equipped with a nescafe machine.
The bathroom is all clean lines. It is tiled in a luxury granite effect with a glass top vanity unit and porcelain wash basin with large mirror over. The shower cubicle is a generous size with a power shower. There is also a WC and a hair dryer.
The apartment is equipped with internet. The Palais is only a stroll down the sea front!
