This two bedroom apartment has been newly renovated in 2010 and is decorated to an incredibly high standard. Not only is it furnished and fitted with everything you could possibly want, the Croisette is only a street away. This modern 1970s building could not be more central.
As you enter the apartment the kitchen is on your right, the whole apartment is tiled and hence incredibly easy to clean. Sand brought in from the beach is never an issue.
The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need from a stay and includes a kettle, coffee percolator, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave, 4 ring hob, oven, washer/dryer and a family sized fridge freezer.
The two bathrooms are on your left, one with bath and W.C. and the other with a shower and W.C. Perfect for a relaxing soak after a long conference or a quick rinse to get rid of the sea and sand before dinner.
The living room and dining room are open plan and spacious with beautiful natural light coming in from the large windows. One of the windows looks out onto the buildings garden whilst the other french window opens up onto a terrace that stretches the length of the apartment. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for an early morning breakfast of croissant from the boulanger just around the corner. There is also a dining table for four at which to eat in or entertain. The two couches are a comfortable option for a night in in front of the telly.
The terrace also has access from the master bedroom which is chic and modernly decorated whilst comfy and inviting at the same time with its King size double bed. Both bedrooms have their own T.V. and fitted wardrobes for entertainment and good use of space.
The fitted cupboards in the hallway provide perfect storage to keep your spacious apartment spacious. The amenities in this apartment are top notch with Internet and an IPOD dock. The perfect apartment in terms of location and property for a 5 star stay in Cannes.
