The apartment is on a split level layout. In the lower level there is delightful open plan living space which has the living room, dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen is large, well apportioned and comfortable and it has all Mod Cons one would expect of a modern apartment.

The living area likewise is modern with a subtle yet effective decor, and is also well equipped with a good Audio Visual system.
