The Croisette Terrace which is right on the Center of the Croisette in Cannes is one of the most prestigous and visible locations in Cannes.
It is ideal for trade shows and for basing oneself at for one of Cannes many congresses, but in the summer the entire apartment can be reconfigured to suit a family atmosphere.
There are facilities to make up to 6 double bedrooms in the apartment which easily sleep up to 12 people and perhaps more, depending on the configuration.
The most amazing thing about this property is the vast gardened terrace which overlooks the Croisette, and on which one can either relax with panoramic views out over the Croisette and the sea, or one can also hold soirees for up to 300 people.
There are also 2 very large sunny living areas which open up to this terrace, and beyond that there is a large Boardroom which has meeting facilities for up to 12 - 15 people, and also an AV room.
This apartment is only available on request, and on special terms.
